Weekly Recap: 12/6 - 12/12

My Super Exciting Life

So this was quite an emotional week. On Monday, my husband and I went to a dermatologist, because my husband discovered he had melanoma. He caught it in time and had it removed, thank goodness, and should now be good to go, but it was still a very emotional experience. We spent much of the week relaxing at home as he recovered, although we still made time to go get Butterbeer ice cream at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter!

We discovered that we will likely be spending Christmas with my parents and brother this year, which I'm honestly pretty excited about! It will be the first year in the last five that my husband has actually been home on Christmas day, and also the first time in our three years of marriage that he will be home on our anniversary (which is on the 21st)!
